Each day can be different or the same as the other, but how we decided on our perspective in perceiving will surely effect our overall happiness and conviction. This could be in a way viewed in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, but the root of it is really philosophy.
Philosophy not only can improve our perspective, but it can improve our problem solving and social relationships in our lives. Because it challenges a person to go out of their limited comfort zone of thinking and explore the limitless possibilities that surround one. The plenty possibilities of “what if” can really show us how things could have or can change accordingly.
For example, rather than complaining about a life with the same routine, one can predict what times they are busy, and find those free times to just reflect on the day and remind him/herself on why they are doing it and how can they achieve their goals in life better. This can also stabilize the mood where one gets out of the mentality of being stuck out of their will into loving what they are doing with a passion.
