Philosophy is originally a Greek origin word where Philo- means,  “love” and -Sophos means, “wisdom”.  It is the foundation of all knowledge Whether it be math, science,  chemistry, physics, and even psychology which is actually a known branch of philosophy. In every introduction to any course, there is at least some mention that goes to  Aristotle, Plato, Socrates, Hippocrates, and Descartes. For that, they are not only philosophers but scientists, mathematicians, and fathers for many other branches that could make a long list of them. “Why is  philosophy the foundation of them all?”, one might ask. It is because loving wisdom also means loving knowledge and in order to be wise one should understand how life and nature work or rather flow.
